Is it legal for a 15 and 16 year old to have sex in ohio?

I am 15, turning 16 in the beginning of September, and my boyfriend is 16, as of January. Is it legal for us to have sex in the state of Ohio without him going to jail?

Yep, especially if no one knows. Your boyfriend would have to be 18 for him to get in trouble and since you guys are only a year apart he would not get in trouble even if you were 17 and 18. I dont think you have to be 16 but if you do thats very soon so I think you can wait 2 months. If not there not going to come after you for it.
