I had pain during sex, and there is a lump on my vagina?

I have pain during sex, and there is a small rash on the deep inside of my vagina lip. In the opening of my vagina, there is a small saggy curved lump thing 1/3 of the size of pea. I felt it but i cnt feel anything from it? If been trying to find out what ive had the last few days.. please help!
